According to his old and deleted website, Sebastian Wallace is a GP working near Leeds in England and he began writing in his free time since he was a student at medical school in Southampton.
I've been a fan of his writing for years and recently I tried to contact him to invite him onto Screeve but unfortunately all his email addresses have stopped working.
